The 6-Month Full OJT provides a comprehensive cross-functional HR experience across all people functions, rather than specialising in just one. It includes deeper leadership development, more live client projects, and 6 full months of paid internship experience. If you want to become a well-rounded, mid-senior-ready HR professional, the 6-month program is the right choice. If you want to go deep in one specific HR domain quickly, the 3-month specialisation may suit you better.
What kind of client projects will I work on? +
You'll work on 6–8 enterprise-level HR deliverables including: full-cycle recruitment for real roles, people analytics dashboards, onboarding program design, compensation benchmarking reports, DEI audits, engagement survey design, and an end-to-end HR transformation capstone. All projects involve real deliverables, mentor review, and where possible, direct client interaction.
What is the weekly time commitment? +
Expect to commit 25–30 hours per week — including 10 hours of live sessions and 15–20 hours of project work and self-study. Due to the intensity and real client responsibilities of this program, we recommend managing your other commitments carefully during the 6 months to get the maximum value from the experience.
