How does this differ from the 3-Month Specialization? +
The 6-Month Full OJT provides a comprehensive cross-functional marketing experience across all disciplines, rather than specialising in one. It includes deeper leadership development, more live client campaigns, 6 full months of paid internship experience, and a more senior-level portfolio. If you want to become a well-rounded, mid-senior-ready marketing professional, this is the right choice.
What kind of campaigns will I work on? +
You'll work on 6–8 live marketing deliverables: content marketing campaigns, SEO audits and roadmaps, paid social campaigns, PR plans, ABM strategies, email automation systems, analytics dashboards, and an end-to-end integrated marketing capstone. All projects involve real briefs from actual partner companies.
What is the weekly time commitment? +
25–30 hours per week — 10 hours of live sessions plus 15–20 hours of campaign work and self-study. Due to the live client responsibilities involved, we recommend managing your other commitments carefully during the 6 months to fully benefit from the program.
Is the program online or in-person? +
Full immersion model — primarily online with weekly on-site sessions at our Hyderabad centre for workshops, team campaign days, partner presentations, and leadership development activities.
